Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ENERGETIC, RELIABLE PERSON TO JOIN OUR BUSY TEAM. MUST BE ABLE TO BOOK APPOINMNETS,ANSWER PHONE,SOME CLEANING, ORDER AND DELIVER PARTS TO THE MECHANICS, HELP CUSTOMERS, ORDER WINDSHIELDS, TIRES AND ACCESSORIES. WE DEAL WITH ALL TYPES OF VEHICLES FROM CARS,TRUCKS AND HEAVEY EQUIPMENT.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure high-quality support and satisfaction. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Utilize strong communication skills to maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service management Strong communication Supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership Project management capabilities Analytical skills to assess customer needs and improve service delivery
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
