As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive team performance.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Negotiate with customers when necessary to reach satisfactory resolutions while maintaining company standards. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in customer service.

Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a customer-focused environment. Excellent communication skills in English A strong background in customer service with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
