Description du poste
Il s'agit d'un poste a temps plein, en presentiel, base a Montreal (QC). Le ou la representant(e) du service a la clientele sera responsable d'interagir avec les clients afin de repondre a leurs questions, resoudre leurs preoccupations et assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction. Les taches quotidiennes comprennent la gestion des communications par telephone, courriel et en personne, la fourniture d'informations sur les produits, le traitement des commandes et des retours, ainsi que la tenue de dossiers precis des interactions avec les clients.
Qualifications
Excellente maitrise du service a la clientele, du soutien client et du maintien de normes elevees de satisfaction client
Solide expertise en creation d'une experience client exceptionnelle
Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, de communication et de resolution de problemes
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement, a resoudre des problemes efficacement et a demeurer professionnel(le)
Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais requise
Experience prealable en service a la clientele ou dans un role similaire (un atout)
Connaissance du secteur du commerce de detail ou des marques de mode (un atout)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Montreal, QC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing product information, processing orders and returns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining high standards for Customer Satisfaction
Strong expertise in ensuring exceptional Customer Experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, resolve issues effectively, and maintain professionalism
Fluency in French and English is required
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an asset
Familiarity with retail or fashion brands is a plus
