Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences. Automotive and sales experience is necessary.

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer service experience
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement

Skills:

- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficiency in project management
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial solutions
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to supervise and motivate a multilingual team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
