Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Customer Service Manager

to lead and support our inside sales and customer service team. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive timely, knowledgeable, and solution-driven service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial distribution--especially in bearings and power transmission--and a passion for leading teams and improving service processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of customer service and inside sales representatives Ensure timely and accurate order processing, quotations, and customer communications Build strong relationships with key accounts and resolve escalated customer issues Collaborate with the outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements Train staff on new products, procedures, and system updates Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to support the team effectively

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in industrial supply or distribution Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of bearings, power transmission products, and industrial applications Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP/order entry systems and Microsoft Office A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
