What You'll Do

Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions focused on career planning, resume development, interview strategy, and job search tactics Facilitate group workshops on career development topics Collaborate with our product team to refine tools like

Career Launchpad

and

Interview Accelerator

Track client progress and outcomes, offering data-driven insights to improve service delivery Contribute to thought leadership through blog posts or social media content

What We're Looking For

Exceptional communication and strategic storytelling skills Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload Coaching certification or relevant credentials preferred
