Position Overview
As a
Customer Service Liaison (Leasing Agent)
, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive rental experience for our tenants. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will help drive leasing success through excellent customer service, effective communication, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective and existing tenants in person, virtually, and over the phone.
Present and explain building features, amenities, and portfolio benefits clearly and confidently.
Schedule and conduct both in-person and virtual unit viewings.
Guide applicants through the complete rental process -- from inquiry to lease signing and all the way to full lease completion.
Assist with general office duties and support the leasing and management teams as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (hours vary by season).
Previous experience in leasing, sales or customer service is an asset but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
