Customer Service Leader

What You'll Do



As our Customer Service Leader, you will:

Champion a warm, welcoming, and consistent guest experience across all stores Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members Set the standard for speed, quality, tone, and communication Handle guest concerns with empathy, clarity, and proactive solutions Support scheduling, shift routines, and floor leadership Ensure shop cleanliness, efficiency, merchandising, and product presentation Create a culture of kindness, accountability, and good energy Help build our reputation as thehappiest doughnut experience in the region

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail leadership A genuine passion for people and community Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to coach and develop team members Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask A calm, steady presence under pressure Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings when needed Bonus: Experience in cafes, bakeries, or food-service environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
