We are looking for a Customer Service to join our team and support our daily office operations.

A successful Customer Service will act as the point of contact for all customer-related issues, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include answering the phones, directing calls, order entry, purchasing, order processing, managing product catalog and organizing company records.

Our ideal candidate also has strong oral and writing communication skills (English and French) and an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Responsibilities



Manage all day-to-day orders. Communicate the customer's needs to the correct department or manager. Service all customers in a polite and efficient manner. Communicate with production and sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Mange executive schedules, communications, and meetings. Greet visitors. Handle administrative paperwork. Data entry.

Requirements:



Customer service skills both oral and written to follow-up and settle issues as they arise.

Good decision-making skills in purchasing. and shipping. Maintain and update accounting software. Proven work experience as a Customer Service, Administrator, or similar role. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) & Accounting. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Additional qualifications in Customer Service are a plus.
