We are seeking an individual for Customer Service at our Head Office location in Hamilton. Experience in the hair and cosmetic industry would be beneficial. Microsoft Excel experience is required. Fluently write and speak English is a must. Job responsibilities will include:
Accessing and processing information.
Addressing customer complaints or concerns.
Addressing sales consultants questions & concerns
Answering inquiries and providing information to customers.
Performing general office duties.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
