Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email. Enter customer payments & rent available units Enter customer data accurately into our systems to ensure proper record-keeping. Clean vacated units & help keep facility clean Must be able to operate lawnmower & snowblower Work every second Saturday
Requirements
Minimal computer skills required,will train Familiarity with sales principles and practices is beneficial. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems. Join us in delivering outstanding service that makes a difference!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Work Location: In person
