Customer Service Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, delivering a positive in-store experience through attentive service, accurate transactions, and product knowledge. You will support daily store operations by assisting customers, handling merchandise, and maintaining a clean and well-organized environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Accurately process sales transactions at the cash register
Respond to customer questions, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Maintain familiarity with store products, promotions, and services
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries
Restock shelves, displays, and coolers to ensure products are fully available
Rotate stock to maintain freshness and follow FIFO (first-in, first-out) practices
Participate in inventory counts and stock audits
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including customer and storage areas
Skills
Previous retail, customer service, or stocking experience is an asset but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
