Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain professionalism in all communications.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Provide support in both English and Spanish (or other languages as needed) to cater to our diverse clientele.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in Spanish.
