Responsibilities




Provide efficient chat support to clients and facilitate seamless communication between customers and the company, fostering collaboration within the team and helping achieve organizational goals. Connect with customers through conversation and provide exceptional support Build trust and understanding by identifying customer needs Offer proactive and appropriate solutions that drive satisfaction Exercise patience and empathy while resolving concerns Adhere to all client policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Qualifications




High school diploma or GED Fluent in English Ability to multitask and quickly learn new tools Satisfactory background check Basic Microsoft Windows and computer skills Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute accurately Strong work ethic with dependable track record Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and courteous telephone manner Comfortable performing routine tasks at varying pace Flexibility to work additional hours as needed Consistent and reliable attendance
