Be on camera & create content (most important)

Capture highlights, reactions, and quick skits;
produce 1-2 reels per shift

Edit on-phone (CapCut/Reels/TikTok), add hooks/captions, and hand off for posting.
Get guest consent and encourage UGC/collab posts.

Set up and calibrate
