Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Conduct data entry accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Utilize strong phone etiquette to engage with customers effectively.
Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
Upsell additional products or services when suitable, enhancing the customer experience.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish, if applicable.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Multilingual capabilities are an advantage but not mandatory.
