Expand your expertise by joining our Packaging Carton division as Customer Service Director.
  • Please note that this position is based in Saint-Bruno*.
Your responsibilities:

Your first mandate will be to rebuild a high-performance, committed B2B team, and to establish active collaboration with existing customers. In the longer term, your responsibilities will include :
  • Implement Cascades\' customer service strategy;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience, while optimizing the balance between service, costs and cash flow.
  • Oversee the management of the team\'s daily activities;
  • Participate in weekly (S&OE) meetings with relevant stakeholders to measure performance on agreed KPIs, address stock levels or delivery issues;
  • Train and coach a team of customer service representatives on policies, tools and etiquette;
  • Seek to maximize the benefits of collaborative initiatives to the business;
  • Actively participate in the process review of collaborative initiatives.

  • 3 to 5 years\' experience in a similar management role;
  • Ability to manage and develop a customer service team;
  • Altruism and customer focus, excellent communication skills;
  • Leadership, team spirit and managerial courage;
  • Understanding of Cascades\' operating environment, customer base and value proposition;
  • Fluency in both French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States.
