You would be the perfect fit for this role if you:

Love chatting with people and making them feel heard (certified people-person) Get excited about health, food and natural living Have retail, sales, or customer service experience (or a genuine willingness to learn) Are a team player who can keep things fun and get things done Can organize yourself as well as maintain systems that keep the store running smoothly Are a great communicator Are reliable, upbeat, and ready to be part of something meaningful

What you will be doing:

Help create a fun, welcoming vibe for customers and other team members Helping people find the right products and provide knowledge to support their shopping experience Answering customer calls and in store inquiry's and solving problems as neccesary Managing our special order list Phone and online orders Developing relationships with customers by providing memorable service Product label management Cleaning and organization of the customer service desk Being an ally and leader in the overall team

Job Requirements

Previous retail or sales experience in the natural health food industry is strong asset. Minimum 1 years customer service experience with strong references. Saturday shifts required.
