Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction Assist customers with order processing, account management, and troubleshooting issues

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service roles or related fields Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer needs and feedback Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
