You are a people-person, who will possess and display superior customer service, communication, and organizational skills. You are detail orientated and enjoy multitasking, problem solving and collaborating with your teammates. Any prior experience in dispatch, or service coordination would be considered an asset.
Objective:

Working as part of a team to coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians, follow up on existing service calls, assist with part orders and arrange technician schedules based on service level targets. You will functioning as a liaison between our customers, technicians and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge, Experience, and Education:

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (GED)
Skills and Competency Requirements:

A passion for customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Desire to be a team player
Personable attitude
Ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders
Analytical and problem solving skills
Prior experience in a contact centre or retail would be an asset
The hourly rate for this role is $21 per hour.
