As a Customer Service representative for the service department, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses across all communication channels. Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules with customer, vendors and on road service technicians. Collaborate with vendors to arrange repairs, obtain estimates, and issue purchase orders, keeping customers informed throughout the process. Maintain accurate records, including safety dates, certificates of insurance, service sheets, and lease agreements, to support customer requests and compliance. Track inventory and confirm yard checks to ensure availability and readiness of equipment for customers. Proactively follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns. Support team members and contribute to a positive, customer-focused work environment.

Requirements:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. Strong computer skills - Microsoft office suites Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proven customer service experience, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
