The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the Commercial Sales team by delivering high-quality customer service through accurate order processing, quote preparation, and ongoing customer support. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Process customer purchase orders accurately and maintain order records
Prepare and issue customer price quotes in a timely manner
Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, shipments, returns, and product information
Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Process customer returns and credit requests per company procedures
Handle customer complaints professionally and support resolution efforts
Enter and maintain customer and order data in the ERP system
Identify recurring service issues and escalate as needed
Provide administrative and team support, including shared inbox coverage when required

Must-Have Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Previous 2-5 years of experience in
customer service, order processing, data entry, or inside sales
Strong customer service and professional communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel)
and
Microsoft Teams
Experience working with
ERP systems
(IQMS an asset)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
