We are currently seeking a Move Coordinator who is a self-starter, a team player, and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Communicate proactively and consistently with clients throughout the household goods moving process Take a hands-on approach to managing moves from start to finish Track incoming shipments and provide clear, timely updates Educate clients on import/export customs requirements and the moving process Ensure compliance with all customs requirements for import and export shipments Keep internal systems accurate and up to date Schedule services to and from ports with service partners Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience Prepare and print necessary paperwork Perform administrative tasks, including scanning documents and creating files

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in a client-focused role within an office environment Proven ability to exceed client expectations and build strong relationships Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written Strong computer skills and typing speed of 50-60 wpm Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and respond to client needs Outstanding customer service mindset High energy, adaptability, and a passion for team success
