Position Summary

HALEO is looking for a

Customer Service Consultant

to provide high-quality support to its clients. Responsibilities include:

Communicating with clients to guide them through the program Providing professional and compassionate support throughout the client journey Responding to inquiries, emails, and follow-up calls in a timely manner Documenting interactions and ensuring appropriate follow-up Identifying technical issues and reporting them to the appropriate team member Staying up to date on HALEO's internal processes Participating in information sessions and required training activities

What We Provide

Computer (Mac or PC, based on your preference) and headset Access to the platform, tools, and relevant documentation Structured onboarding process and training resources (videos, guides, team sessions)

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service or client support Strong autonomy, professionalism, and organizational skills Excellent english and basic french skills Comfort with digital tools Interest in wellness and mental health Availability for a regular, long-term contract

Working Conditions

Paid training delivered via videoconference Work from home Must be equipped for remote work - Required tools: High-speed internet / Wi-Fi Mobile phone Private, quiet home office space (mandatory)

Terms

This role is offered on a freelance basis. At the end of the contract, all equipment provided by HALEO must be returned.
