As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards Assist with food handling and preparation tasks, including cooking, assembling, and plating dishes Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
