Job Description

Assistant Manager - Anytime Fitness Casselman



Key Responsibilities:



Member Services & Onboarding



Welcome and onboard new members with club tours, key setup, and introduction to services. Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong member relationships.

Communication & Administration



Respond to emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Contact and follow up with membership leads via phone, text, and email to convert interest into sign-ups. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, member file management, and reporting. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Club Maintenance



Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including workout areas, bathrooms, and office spaces. Ensure all equipment and amenities are clean, safe, and fully operational.

Social Media & Marketing



Create, post, and manage engaging social media content aligned with the Anytime Fitness brand voice. Promote current club events, promotions, and success stories on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Support local marketing efforts to drive awareness and increase traffic.

Staff Supervision & Support



Assist the Club Manager in supervising team members to ensure tasks and responsibilities are met. Provide coaching and feedback to maintain high performance and morale. Help manage staff scheduling and shift coverage when needed.

Lead Management & Sales Support



Actively reach out to prospective members from lead lists and inquiries. Track lead follow-ups and document communication outcomes. Support in executing sales strategies to meet membership goals.

Customer Experience & Retention



Be a friendly, professional presence in the club for member questions, feedback, and concerns. Foster a positive club atmosphere that encourages member engagement and retention. Assist with planning and executing in-club events, member challenges, and community initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
