Customer Service Cashier
Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service desk team. This position is mainly days with one or two nights a week and every other weekend. Some of the tasks include:
completing returns for customers
looking up products and directing them to where they're located
writing out rainchecks for customers
helping customers with their online orders
basic transactions through the cash register
answering the phones and directing the calls to the appropriate department and answer any questions that customers might have
working with hunting and fishing licenses when it's time for purchasing new licenses
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Work Location: In person
