Opportunity:
The
Customer Services Agent
is a key member of our
Operation Team
, and a first point of contact with our clients. Continuously demonstrating our company code of values and utilizing our training guidelines for ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Operation Team on daily basis
Accept and complete tasks from Operation Manager
Monitor the communication channels regularly and respond to inquiries
Coordinate with field, installers and clients to book jobs
Maintain up-to-date HVAC and plumbing stock on daily basis
Respond to issues pertaining to customer service
Manage all of the incoming phone calls about our Superior Plumbing and HVAC services
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License (

Clean Driving Record
Clean Background
Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing services considered asset
Proven customer support experience daily operation
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,900.00-$3,200.00 per month
