Cheese Secrets is a specialty cheese and fine foods shop nestled in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We're a small, passionate team looking for a

Customer Service Representative with preferably Barista Experience

to help us serve our loyal locals and curious visitors through our busy season - now until October.


We're seeking someone friendly, reliable, and eager to jump in both in the shop and at our events.

You'll learn about and taste some of the best artisanal cheeses around.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serving customers with warmth and professionalism Handling and preparing food safely Operating the cash register/till Assisting with shop opening and closing duties Helping with event set-up, service, and teardown (occasional evenings/weekends) Working closely with a small, hands-on team in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are:

Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable chatting with customers Detail-oriented and comfortable with food handling Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting light items (e.g. boxes, display stands) Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days Experience in food service or retail is a plus - but we're happy to train the right person!
