$21-$22/ph
Day shift - hybrid possible

Duties

  • Processing of customer orders
  • Matching all orders to current pricing and codes and report any anomalies
  • Communicate with Warehouse and Inventory Managers as appropriate regarding product shortages, expiry and other matters as necessary.
  • Ongoing timely and accurate database maintenance (pricing, promotions, products,
specifications)
  • Invoice matching, mailing, filing
  • Primary liaison (telephone, emailing, fax) with all customers.
  • Other administrative support as may be required: Assisting A/R and A/P with processing payments, commissions, deductions
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years Customer Service work experience
  • Knowledge of Food industry an asset
  • Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and experience working with an automated order entry system
