Duties
- Processing of customer orders
- Matching all orders to current pricing and codes and report any anomalies
- Communicate with Warehouse and Inventory Managers as appropriate regarding product shortages, expiry and other matters as necessary.
- Ongoing timely and accurate database maintenance (pricing, promotions, products,
- Invoice matching, mailing, filing
- Primary liaison (telephone, emailing, fax) with all customers.
- Other administrative support as may be required: Assisting A/R and A/P with processing payments, commissions, deductions
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Service work experience
- Knowledge of Food industry an asset
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and experience working with an automated order entry system
