Customer Service Associate (Mailroom, Print, Hospitality in Law Firm)
We are seeking a customer service-oriented Print Centre Associate to join our Law Firm's Communications Department. This role supports a collaborative team environment and involves handling print, copy, scan, and mail operations, as well as assisting with hospitality and reception coverage as needed.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent client service skills suited to a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain high-volume print, copy, and scanning equipment
Support reception and hospitality areas when needed
Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages; apply postage as required
Perform document finishing, binding, quality checks, and file formatting
Assist with document scanning, conversion, and digital file management
Maintain organization and cleanliness of copier and supply areas
Distribute office supplies and completed print jobs within the firm
Provide timely, professional assistance to staff at all levels, including legal assistants, paralegals, associates, and partners
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all work, meeting tight deadlines as required
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager or Team Lead
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
1+ year of experience in a legal or professional services environment strongly preferred
Previous experience in a print, mail, or office services role is an asset
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and common office technologies (copiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with care
"The pay range for this position starts at $20 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
