We are in need of a team-oriented

Customer Service Associate

for our growing business.

Key Responsibilities include:

Answering and directing phone calls Data entry, processing sales orders, facilitating custom projects Assist in coordinating efforts to execute plans efficiently and effectively for all business functions Manage email correspondence Support management initiatives: assisting in all functions with both customers and suppliers, escalating issues to management when required Accurately build, manage and maintain sales pipeline and prospect database lists Prepare and ship samples Perform other related duties, as required

Workday schedule:

Mon to Fri (8:30am-4:30pm) In office only

Requirements and qualifications

College/ University Education in a business-related field (Admin, Marketing, Operations, etc.) Ability to effectively communicate and read in English (French would be an asset) Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a dynamic role An outgoing individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills A team player willing to take initiative and will thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
