We're looking for a welcoming and dependable

Retail Sales Associate

to join our garden centre team. If you enjoy working with people, love staying busy, and have a keen eye for creating a clean, organized retail space, this role is the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting customers warmly and offering helpful, friendly service Assisting customers with product selection and sharing knowledge about our products and services Operating the POS system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately Handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment confidently Keeping the retail floor clean, organized, and fully stocked Tidying displays, checking product labels, and restocking shelves as needed Working closely with teammates to support day-to-day operations Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries or orders Taking on additional tasks as needed to ensure the store runs smoothly

What We're Looking For:

0-3 years of experience in retail or customer service (preferred) Great communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using a POS system and handling basic transactions Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team Willingness to learn and take initiative to help where needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods on concrete floors Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays--especially during busy seasons Comfortable working in changing weather conditions, including hot, cold, or humid environments
