Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Madrone. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Contact is made through email, phone, and social media. You will work directly with the founder of the company to understand the company culture and level of service.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, text, and social media with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information about products and services and assist customers in placing orders. Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Support sales efforts by upselling additional services when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Numbers! You need to have strong math skills Strong organizations skills essential. Strong communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Google suite (docs, email, sheets), facebook, instagram and messanger Sales experience or ability to upsell is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
