Job Description
About the Positions We are seeking to appoint a number of experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to ensure that our visitors receive the best possible customer service together with a unique learning experience. This is a varied role, whereby you will be motivated to:
- Manage advanced bookings with a quality customer service focus
- Assist in the ordering, pricing, storage and displaying of merchandise, as well as stocktake duties as required
- Complete point of sale purchases and provide a positive, lasting experience for all visitors.
- A bright and enthusiastic personality
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to speak confidently to groups
- Previous retail sales and point of sale experience
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
- A high level of integrity, punctuality and reliability.
- Previous experience in the Tourism Industry is preferred but not essential.
