We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Bilingual skills in English and French are highly valued to assist a diverse client base. Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and records accurately. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience. Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and address common customer concerns.

Requirements



Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is an asset. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Prior experience in customer service roles is desirable but not mandatory. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication abilities, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Pay



Salary to be negotiated based on skills and experiance

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
