We're looking for a
Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator
who's organized, creative, and customer-focused -- someone who can deliver excellent service, keep our operations running smoothly, and share our story online in an authentic, engaging way.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Administrative Duties:
Greet and assist clients both in person and online with professionalism and warmth.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Schedule and confirm appointments, process payments, and manage client records.
Support daily administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and inventory tracking.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk or workspace environment.
Social Media Coordination:
Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) in line with our brand voice and aesthetic.
Engage with followers and respond to messages, comments, and reviews.
Collaborate with the team to promote services, products, events, and seasonal offers.
Track analytics and engagement metrics to inform future content.
Stay current on skincare trends and social media best practices.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, social media, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Professional demeanor with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
A passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
A portfolio or examples of social media work
(required).
