Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in . Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our design team to ensure seamless communication. Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables with internal teams. Provide support for sales initiatives by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions. Collaborate with marketing efforts to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within the customer service department.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
