4 Mile Liquor Stores is a family-owned local retailer based in Victoria, proudly serving the community for over 30 years. As part of the 4 Mile Brewpub family, we are dedicated to providing exceptional products and customer service while employing a team of 100 passionate individuals across our two liquor stores, brewery, and brewpub.

Summary

We are looking for a part-time retail team member to join our busy liquor store at

Colwood Corners and Admirals Walk

. The ideal candidate will have weekend availability and be flexible with their schedule, including the ability to work a variety of shifts such as daytime (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM), evening (3:15 PM - 11:15 PM), and weekdays. This role will primarily focus on evening shifts, so we're seeking someone who can accommodate that schedule.

Applicants should have:

At least one year of retail experience

Serving It Right

certificate Excellent customer service skills Cash handling experience required Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to assist with unloading shipments and operating dollies, pallet jacks, and carts for product transport Ability to safely use ladders as required Loss Prevention Product knowledge of liquor or cannabis is an asset
