Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Agent within Channel Sales Team, you will be providing TELUS home solutions to residential and mobility clients via various programs. Working in an established call centre that offers excellence in post-sales support for TELUS products and services; you will provide exceptional customer care in a call centre environment to our clients. You will also interpret client requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needs; while ensuring excellent customer service by communication with the internal team, and/or ensure and appropriately transfer to the responsible department when required. Our sales call centre operates 6 days a week. Shifts are scheduled based on a set rotation and posted 5 weeks in advance. Full-time availability is required.
Currently, we have 3 shifts (8 hours) between our Call Centre timings of:
8:00am-7:00pm Monday to Friday
9:00am-5:00pm Saturday
