Are you our next Customer Service & Sales Administrator?



We are seeking an fun and energetic individual who is passionate about providing first rate customer service! This role will be responsible for being the first point of contact across our communication lines, and in our showroom, providing an exceptional experience, every time!

Your day will see you helping our customers, supporting our sales and service team, answering product queries and other general administration tasks. you will have a strong attention to detail and you will easily be able to pick up new systems and processes. Training on our products will be provided but an interest in the Golf industry will give you a solid foundation for success in this role and help you jump right in!

We are a small team and the right attitude will be key, we all roll up our sleeves and help each other, working together to ensure our joint success!

Key Responsibilities:



Answering phones, first point of call for phone enquires Monitoring and replying to email enquiries Providing first rate customer service to both internal and external customers; Providing product information Entering orders from Sales Reps Being a welcoming presence and greeting walk-in customers; Entering sales and processing payments, C5 order processing and invoicing Providing overflow support for Customer and After Sales Support (Phone calls, Emails, Walk ins) Assistance to the wider team, during periods of absence and leave. Ad hoc requests as directed by the CEO.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt to the needs of the customer Tech-Savvy, ability to work with different technologies and ability to quickly learn different software platforms or programs.
