Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Production Worker to join our team. This role combines exceptional customer service with hands-on production tasks, including heat pressing apparel. No prior experience with our systems is required, as we provide full training.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to take orders and provide outstanding service Receive and process shipments, including occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs Perform apparel decoration tasks, primarily using heat press techniques Maintain an organized workspace with a strong attention to detail Utilize our Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (training provided)

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Highly organized with a keen attention to detail Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs occasionally No prior experience required; full training provided on POS and ERP systems
