Position: Customer Service and Installations Supervisor
Location: Brossard
Salary: $75,000 or more per year, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, flexible

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the installation and technical support team
- Train and motivate team members
- Coordinate daily activities within the department
- Manage the service fleet of trucks
- Collaborate with service providers and clients
- Approve supplier invoices
- Participate in hiring process
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implement new processes and procedures for the department
- Improve processes based on customer feedback
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in team management (customer service, technical support, installations, or relevant field)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (intermediate Excel)
- Bilingual to collaborate with clients and employees outside Quebec
