Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Amplis. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate our product offerings, and ensuring their imaging needs are met. Located in Markham, this position plays a key role in supporting our mission of enabling customers to achieve their creative goals.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email and web Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and orders including eta and shipment tracking information Utilize effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Process orders and maintain accurate data entry for customer transactions through manual entry, data upload and EDI Maintain an understanding of our product offerings to provide informed assistance. Update order and product data on EDI platform Other administrative duties that may be assigned or arise from time to time

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred- minimum 1 year Strong English communication both written and verbal is essential Strong organization and follow up skills Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
