Reporting into the Director of Transportation, the Customer Service and Equipment Manager is responsible to connect with any new and existing customers to ensure our equipment and material handling solutions is meeting and exceeding the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple internal and external clients to ensure the onboarding and optimization of client equipment needs. What You\'re responsible for:

  • Optimizing customers\xe2\x80\x99 material handling needs at their facilities including assessment of appropriate equipment requirements on client sites.
  • Partnering with equipment suppliers to provide solutions to our end customers.
  • Partnering with logistics to provide cost saving solutions and optimizing equipment for our customers.
  • Managing cameras for logistics and dispatching purposes on customer sites.
  • Partnering with scale providers to install scale equipment at customer sites.
  • Providing transparent solutions and auditable processes to customers.
  • Reviewing and recommending improvements for equipment to customers.
  • Meeting with clients to assess needs, risks and to track ongoing progress.


Qualifications
To join our team:
  • Minimum 3 years on experience working in an automotive stamping facility or similar environment.
  • An Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Degree or Diploma would be an asset
  • You have 3 years of customer service experience.
  • You have a valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License.
