Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team at New Art Drapery & Blinds. As a Customer Service and Administrator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails Process orders and manage inventory Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and business success
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in office work Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the window coverings industry is a plus
Language Requirement: English and Mandarin or Cantonese Language
