About You

AppDirect is looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Agent for a permanent position. What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

Under the supervision of the controller, the individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone and/or internet Conduct customer follow-ups Provide administrative information to assist clients' understanding Advise our clients on our various products (no solicitation) Keep various information up to date in our system

What we're looking for

Bilingualism in spoken and written communication is essential, as well as proficiency in the Office 365 suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously Analytical mindset, ease in memorizing information, and fostering teamwork
