Central Mountain Air is currently looking for Customer Service Agents out of our Vancouver, BC base at the YVR South Terminal. Customer Service Agents are part of a team that works in conjunction with crew members and ground agents to escort and board passengers, take reservations and maintain baggage accuracy and safety. Customer Service Agents report to the Customer Service Supervisor and are an integral part of our team. Job Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Check-in and greeting passengers, taking reservations and handling payments (when necessary)
\xc2\xb7 Responding to passenger inquiries
\xc2\xb7 Assisting passengers with disabilities during deplaning and enplaning
\xc2\xb7 Processing baggage and cargo
\xc2\xb7 Gate operations and flight closure, communicating load counts to flight crews
\xc2\xb7 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned Job Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Superior customer service skills
\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work flexible hours, including split shifts and weekend coverage
\xc2\xb7 Willingness to work outside in adverse weather conditions
\xc2\xb7 Good computer skills
\xc2\xb7 A positive attitude with the ability to be flexible
