Customer Service Agent - Beverage Manufacturing
Location: Toronto (East), Ontario (Onsite)
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

About the Opportunity
A fast-growing beverage manufacturer in East Toronto is looking to add an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to their team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent university graduate who is eager to begin their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role offers hands-on experience in customer support and order processing, while working closely with a dedicated sales team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do
Respond to general customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status
Enter data into the internal system and process incoming orders accurately
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate internal team
Collaborate with the production team to confirm order timelines and delivery expectations
Perform daily invoicing and maintain outbound tracking reports
Communicate effectively with customers regarding updates or issues
Escalate potential order or service concerns to the sales team as needed
Prepare international shipping documents when required
Support sales team with administrative tasks, including setting up for customer visits
What You Bring
Undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with basic math and data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Available to work onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unfortunately Remote or Hybrid arrangements are not available.
