We are a rapidly growing beverage manufacturer located in Toronto who is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. This entry level position is a great opportunity for a recent university graduate.
Position Description
The primary responsibility is to support our incoming customer's inquiries and sales team. You will be working closely with our sales department to ensure that customer orders are being meet on a required timeline. This position is on site and no remote option is available.
Responsibilities include
-general communication of customer inquires
- data entry into system data base
-Answer phone and filtering requests to the internal team's attention
- receive and process incoming orders into system
- daily invoicing
- follow up with production on timeline
- ongoing communication with customers on order status
- communicate immediately of any issues to sales team
- Daily out bounding tracking report for sales department
- prepare and complete any necessary international paperwork
- setting up for customer visits as needed
- any other tasks as assigned by the sales department

Qualifications:
- University degree - Undergrad Business Degree
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
